The building at Pulkveža Brieža Street was constructed in 1904 in the Eclecticism style, based on a design by architect Edmund von Trompowsky. After a complete reconstruction, the historic property in Riga’s centre has been transformed into an excellently restored residential building, now ready to welcome its new owners. The building belongs to a real estate fund managed by Provendi Asset Management AIFP.
